What does the certification give you?
On successful completion you receive the Pilates MAT & Reformer Instructor Certification – Level 1 from the Australia Sports Institute (ASI).
ReformerX holds the exclusive right to award this certification in the Czech Republic, through ASI’s official Country Representative for the Czech Republic, Ing. Karolína Ötwösová – founder of ReformerX, certified Pilates & Reformer instructor and trainer with more than 1,700 classes taught.
ASI provides internationally recognised education programmes in Pilates and fitness. Its certification programmes are supported by the professional and accreditation bodies PMA (Pilates Method Alliance), FITREC, AACI and IAF.
The programme is built on international professional and educational standards and is linked with recognised organisations:
- PMA Gold Membership – Pilates Method Alliance
- FITREC Registration – international professional registration for fitness professionals
- AACI Accreditation – international accreditation of education programmes
- IAF Recognition – standards of international education and certification

Who is the programme for?
The programme is for everyone who loves movement, fitness, Pilates MAT or the Reformer and wants to take the next step – whether you regularly attend classes at ReformerX or another studio, want to understand the principles of Pilates, technique, anatomy and correct breathing better, or are tempted to start teaching alongside your job or studies.
It is also for those who want to spend two intensive days among people with the same passion, get inspired and experience an education concept known from abroad, now in the Czech Republic too. You don’t need to be a professional trainer – what matters is the desire to learn and grow, and a love of Pilates and movement.
